8 person Jacuzzi with Beach view. This is on the terrace. The terrace also has a large BBQ grill and a wet bar. Most Jacuzzis in Venezuela fill with cold or at most barely warm water. Mine has really HOT water to California standards.

Kitchen with large stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, propane covered selt-igniting cooktop, and oven with rotisserie, and microwave oven. Floor is ceramic tile with a floor drain for easy cleaning.

Utility room with compact stacked washer dryer. There is also a reserve water tank and pump to supply household water during water outages.

The penthouse is very well air conditioned with two independent central air systems; one for the bedrooms, the other for the salon, kitchen, and dining area.
There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer.
And a 15,000 watt emergency generator to hendle power outages, and keep the bedrooms comfortable.
When Isla de Oro was first constructed 25 years ago, the penthouse apartments sold new and unfurnished for $500,000 USD. This apartment was sold furnished, virtually ready to move in. Included bed linens, dishes, kitchen utensils, Hunter-Douglas window blinds.
